The founder of COZA, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo has uncovered why he would not show up before the board set up by the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) to test the assault claims against him by Busola Dakolo.
He said he neglected to respect the board’s solicitations since his legal counselors understood the sitting may be fractional. The PFN declared on Thursday that its test into the charges against Fatoyinbo was uncertain on the grounds that the minister would not show up before it after a few solicitations.
Senior Assistant to the COZA Pastor, Ademola Adetuberu, in an announcement in Abuja on Friday, revealed that the lawful counsel was likewise introduced on the announcement issued by the PFN President, Bishop Felix Omobude, “where our Pastor was openly repudiated.”
As indicated by him: “We review that when Pastor Fatoyinbo was welcomed by a telephone call couple of days back by Pastor Akinola Akinwale, who is the National Administrative Secretary of PFN, we clarified that our Pastor would not respect the welcome because of legitimate exhortation relied on the continuous police examination.
The lawful counsel was additionally started on the press proclamation issued and by and by marked by the PFN President, Bishop Felix Omobude, where our Pastor was openly abandoned.
In light of the previous, we are persuaded past a sensible uncertainty that the PFN was at that point preferential and may not direct an unbiased session.
As indicated by the report, Rev. Omobude, whom we hold in high regard, went further to kill our Pastor without looking to know his side of the story on the issue. With all due regard, we think about this a biased position in apportioning equity and reasonableness.”
