RKelly Faces New-Charges in Chicago. The accusations continue to grow against R. Kelly.

An updated accusation surfaced with five acts of racketeering and the singer and entertainer is being charged with four more counts of violating the Mann Act for allegedly coercing and transporting women and girls across state lines to interact in illegal s*x*al intimacy.

The new charges were included during a nine-count superseding indictment filed Friday in US District Court in Newyork. It replaces and enlarges upon a five-count indictment handed down within the same district last summer.

Kelly, whose full name is Robert Sylvester Kelly, has pleaded acquitted to all or any charges in Newyork and other jurisdictions. He will remain jailed in the absence of bond at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago. He has denied all the allegations.

An attorney for Kelly, Douglas Anton, issued a press release Friday saying a number of the alleged victims appear to possess remembered new details about their interactions with the singer.

“How does an alleged victim ‘forget’ such things?” he wrote. “Or it could be that these victims women were put under pressure to implicate the accused after several years of the relationship they mutually had, should now, within the #metoo era, be classified as ‘bad’ or ‘abusive,’.

Anton said the ladies should “hire a agent instead and put out your book of fiction, during which you’ll claim anything you would like , subject only to the laws against defamation.”

Another of Kelly’s attorneys, Steve Greenberg, updated on Twitter: “Having now had the chance to review the newest superseding indictment against @rkelly, we don’t believe it fundamentally changes anything.”

According to the superseding indictment, the Newyork federal charges include six alleged victims, including three minors.

The indictment accuses Kelly of  having raw intimacy with two of the alleged victims with zero information that he has herpes.

The four new alleged defilement of the Mann Act, which is s*x*al trafficking across the state , include three charges which involves Jane Doe #6. A fourth charge, consistent with the indictment, alleges that Jane Doe #5 was an underage at the time and was pressured to “participate in s*x*ally explicit conduct for the purpose of producing several videotapes of such act.

No arraignment date has been set regarding the new charges against Kelly, consistent with the US Attorney’s office for the Eastern District of latest York.

Last month, Kelly was charged within the US District of Illinois during a 13-count superseding indictment with multiple counts of kid s*x movies and other crimes. That indictment included a replacement alleged victim, identified as “Minor 6.”

Federal prosecutors in Illinois claim Kelly made a video of himself allegedly having s*x with a minimum of four girls under the age of 18 beginning in 1998. Together with the Newyork charges, the total number of federal criminal charges which involves  allegedly harassing 11 girls and ladies between 1994 and 2018 is 22.

Kelly, however faces state charges in Chicago also.
